Thanks for taking a righteous stand!!! There aren’t very many “righteous preachers” in the land today who will “Speak the Truth in Love.” It takes a Holy boldness to preach like this and the masses will say “we’re being too hard” and “intolerant.” But the truth is the truth…but most people have chosen to adopt a worldly lifestyle and discontinue pursuing the “TRUTH.” I preached a 2 hour message to our people before we started school this year – entitled “Truth Decay.” And I hit on the core issues that have brought our society down to the pits where we presently reside. And the two major core issues are “autonomous freedom” and “accommodation.” I am sorry to say it, but I don’t think the vast majority of preachers have the “courage” to stand in the pulpit and preach the uncompromised Word of God week in and week out. Therefore, politically America will succumb to the onslaught of darkness that’s moving upon the earth; but the churches who’ll take their stand for righteousness will shine as beacons as God’s glory covers the earth. Read Isaiah 60:1-2 and see how God foretold that “darkness & His glory” are going to be manifested simultaneously in the last days.
Dale, I’m going to print off this outline and give it to every family in our church…because this message is right in line with what we’ve been preaching lately. Thanks again for taking a righteous stand.

Living Word Fellowship – Testimony #1:
In 2001, we felt God leading us to purchase a 10 acre parcel of land which we just knew we would eventually build on. We had no money at the time & through creative means bought the land with no money down. Our small church, Living Word Fellowship, superanaturally raised the $88,000 & paid the land off in 10 short months! We raised enough money to pour a foundation which we tried for 4 years to accomplish. Every step of the way we were fought and could never seem to get anywhere with the project!
In August of 2005, we attended the Supernatural Impartation Conference in Phoenix, AZ. It was there that we met Dale Gentry for the first time. We will never forget a Word that he brought forth that changed our lives. He spoke, “One Word from God can change everything.” He began to talk about the power of the prophetic word and how even if it didn’t make sense, it may be a now word, a future word, a confirming word, or a new word. He said that it doesn’t matter, just look for a word from God! We latched on to that rhema teaching having no idea how much it would revolutionize our lives.
When we arrived home, land prices had begun to soar and our 10 acres became the last property in Dinuba that could possibly become available for a housing development. One day while in my office while praying in the Spirit asking God for a word like Dale had spoken of, a guy walks in and offers us $1million out the blue for our property. I told him that I would need to think about it. He left and I felt God was reminding me of a prophecy He had me speak over the people a few months earlier...."If you will buy when I say buy, sell when I say sell, build when I say build, I will make you prosper beyond all you could ask or think." I felt Him telling me that it was time to sell. I dreaded telling the body as we were all in agreement & ready to build. I also felt God telling me to go visit our real estate agent and tell him of our offer. I did so and when I told him, he said, "Mark, don't sell! I can get you $1.4 million right now! He walked into the other room and came out a few moments later with another gentlemen who just happened to be there right then. The other gentlemen was a builder from the coast who was there checking on any available land in the Dinuba area. This gentleman offered me $1.7 million on the spot. I told him that I must pray about this as well!
For the next few weeks, the 2 offers bounced back & forth. I casually mentioned the offers to the body and started getting feedback & confirmations that the body was with me & they also believed it was time to sell. God would provide a different property. I heard God tell me one day that now was the time, "SELL!" The offer was at $1.9 million. My wife, Tammy, had told me God spoke to her that we would net $2 million from the sale in the end. We couldn't understand why God would say sell at $1.9 but yet told her we would net $2 million. Nevertheless, we decided to sell & signed the intent.
As the approval of the new subdivision was making its way through the city process, the whole deal started going south. We had sold the property by the lot instead of by the acre and now the city was asking for more acreage to be designated for a retention pond. This meant several less lots and the builder was going to back out. I had already announced to the body the sale & now it looked like it wasn't going to happen. I went to prayer again & heard God tell me, "Turn your FAVOR against your FAMINE. Tell the city manager that I said that you are to build a PUD." “A ‘PUD’, what's a ‘PUD’?” I was reminded of Dale’s word, “One word from God can change everything.” I must confess that I did expect a little more than a simple, 3-letter word that had no explanation to accompany it! But, that's all the direction I got! So at the risk of sounding crazy, I set an appointment with the city & deputy city managers.
I told them, “You know that I am out there on the edge with God, but I have a message to deliver. God said to tell you that we are to build a PUD.” They said, “A ‘pud’? What’s a ‘pud’?” I said, “I don’t know, all I know is that He said we are to build a ‘pud’….a “P.U.D.” They said, “Oh, a P. U. D. ... okay.” I said, “So you know what a ‘P.U.D.’ is?” “Yes, a Private Unit Development in which the streets are narrower & you can get more lots per acre. But that usually takes a zoning change which can take months.” I said, “Let’s look it up.” The deputy city manger grabbed the zoning book (a very, very thick book!), turned to our particular section, and there it was! The last two sentences of our current zoning regulations: “In hard to develop infill areas, developers are encouraged to use creative means such as a PRIVATE UNIT DEVELOPMENT. In such cases, no zoning change is required.”
The deal was back on! Much to our surprise, just so happened that the builder who was buying our land is best known for beautifully developed P.U.D.s!!! I called the builder to let him know the news and he was elated! He said, “So we still have a deal?” I said, “Well, hold on. You know that we sold per lot, not per acre. You will get several more lots which means more money for you. I believe God should benefit from this as well. You need to sharpen your pencil and call me back.” He called back and we settled on $2.356 million!!! After the realtor fees, etc. were all paid, our net profit was $2 million….exactly what God had spoken to Tammy! All of this because of ONE little 3-letter WORD from God!
